The firm was established with the sole purpose of providing our clients with a dedicated and personal professional executive search service.

We will only conduct assignments where our functional knowledge will allow us to complete the assignments within the parameters of the client's expectations. Each assignment will receive personal attention, with the understanding that we are participating in a process that will impact our client's ablility to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Selective

Competition for top talent is at an all time high. Recruiting the right executive is critical. Our executive search experience means that we will deliver only the highest quality results and will continue working until each client's needs are met. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest professional standards, as evidenced by the continuing trust and respect we enjoy from our clients.

We are selective and concentrate on those positions with a compensation level of $100,000 and above.

Personal Service

Our clients' needs receive personal attention from the principal of the firm assigned to the search. The principal of the firm handles the entire search from its inception to its completion. It is not passed down to less experienced associates.

Our focus is on upper level searches. We are recognized for our ability to help clients define a position, determining a role and matching it with high quality candidates, each of whom is chosen to correspond to the needs of our clients.

With the technological advances in research and our "fresh research concept," our firm has all of the advantages a larger firm has with limited client blocks.

Diversity

We concentrate on the fundamentals, but we don't let them restrict us. It is important that we identify proven leaders with the skills and background necessary to fit our clients' cultures and to help them continue to move forward.

Our "off limits" is virtually non-existent. In some large or specialty search firms, recruiters may be prohibited from approaching a client if the company for which s/he works is a client or if competition exists within the firm. With a tight job market and fierce competition for high caliber candidates, such "off limits" restrictions can prevent you from getting the best possible person to fill a key position.
